As co-founder, Peggy works closely with Systems Advisory Services’ clients and professionals to develop the long-term relationships that are the cornerstone of the company’s success and future. She leads a team of consultants through the system implementation process including post-implementation support and maintenance.

Peggy brings over 25 years of management and information technology consulting experience to the business. Prior to Systems Advisory Services, she helped form Northern California’s Price Waterhouse small business consulting practice. While at Price Waterhouse, she observed the challenges facing a company as it grew from a small business to a middle-market enterprise and developed an expertise in delivering business operations solutions.

Peggy holds a bachelor of science degree in anthropology from the University of Oklahoma and is APICS certified (CPIM). She is an authorized consultant in several mid-market ERP’s supported at SAS.

Although spare time from SAS has been rare, Peggy enjoys reading, gardening, and painting anything that doesn’t move when she has the chance.

In 1994, Pat joined Systems Advisory Services and became a principal in 2000. She is the managing consultant of our Sage 300 ERP, BatchMaster ERP and IndustriOS practice areas, as well as continuing to assist clients with supporting their Sage PFW ERP installations.

Pat has over 25 years of consulting and information technology experience. She worked as a consultant for the KPMG Microcomputer practice where she gained extensive knowledge of PC-based software systems. She also has manufacturing industry expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, process manufacturing, material control, production scheduling, accounting and financial analysis.

Pat holds a bachelor of science degree from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana.

Susan has been with us since 1999. Her focus areas include ERP implementation, support, and business process review. She has over 25 years consulting experience working with a variety of manufacturers and distributors including high tech, medical device, process and plastics, and is responsible for evaluating and improving the client’s financial, distribution and operational processes.

Her endless energy, keen eye for strategic process review, and genuine desire to help her clients, makes her a valuable member of our consulting team and one of the reasons she enjoys so many long-term relationships with her clients.

Susan grew up as an Army brat, so calls all parts of the US and Europe home! She graduated from the University of Colorado, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She enjoys time away from the business with her family and best friend, Maui, (pictured), either at their home in Half Moon Bay, or at their favorite get-a-way spot in Pebble Beach.

Debbie joined Systems Advisory Services in 2000 with an extensive background in finance, thus gravitating towards a lead role on financial and distribution ERP implementations and support. With 13+ years of experience in both internal auditing as well as private industry accounting, Debbie brings organizational skills and patience to every project she takes on, an attribute clients dearly appreciate during the last few days before any ERP “go live”.

Today, Debbie draws on her 15+ years of SYSPRO ERP experience, and along with her prior role as a hands-on manager, that gives her valuable perspective for implementing, training, and supporting the financial and distribution suites of ERP.

Debbie graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Business Administration and a Major in Accounting. Go Bucks!! She has passed the CPA exam, and enjoys working in her current position, which requires a combination of accounting, software application, technical and troubleshooting skills. Outside of the office, Debbie enjoys walking, exploring the great outdoors, going to live theater, getting together with friends, or just relaxing with her husband and their cats.

Grahame has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing ERP space having been involved in all facets of the business. With a primary focus on practice and business development, he leads the efforts towards growth on the West coast, across all regional areas we serve.

Grahame has spent 23 years with SYSPRO, and been involved with over 120 new client engagements, with a focus on delivering technology to help clients solve everyday business problems.

Outside of work, and as a recent empty-nester, Grahame enjoys biking, hiking, and wake-boarding on the river, with his wife Lisa.

Tim has worked in Information Technology for over 25 years, with a focus on developing, implementing, and supporting business process solutions.  He has been working with SYSPRO and other MRP/ERP systems for 10 years, and joined Systems Advisory Services in 2018.  Tim focuses on custom SQL, VBScript, and .Net solutions, as well as system installation, configuration, and maintenance issues.  Tim is a SYSPRO certified Technical Consultant, a certified Microsoft Office Specialist, and has completed many other certification programs and industry coursework.  When not working, Tim can be found spending time with his family, his birds, or his bicycles.

Addison has worked in Information Technology for over 8 years, with a focus on developing, implementing, and supporting business process solutions.  He has been working with SYSPRO and other MRP/ERP systems for 5 years, and joined Systems Advisory Services in 2019.  Addison focuses on custom solutions, as well as system installation, configuration, and maintenance issues. Addison is a SYSPRO certified Technical Consultant, a certified CompTIA A+, Security+ and CySA+ engineer. When not working, Addison can be found spending time with his family, building quadcopters and creating small electronic hobby projects.

Rhona joined SAS in 2020 with 20+ years’ experience in SYSPRO from both the consulting side and as a user. This gives her a unique view of the user experience from both aspects of the ERP system. Rhona has 15+ years as a controller and CFO in both distribution and manufacturing companies. She has worked with many companies on business process reviews and streamlining processes.

Rhona is very personable and enjoys working with cross functional teams on the implementation process. Her insights in business processes and management brings great vision and prospective to our clients.

Rhona graduated from University of Phoenix with a BS in Business and an MBA in Business administration. Outside the office Rhona enjoys living in Montana where she can walk, hike and fish with her two corgis by her side.

Eric joined the team in 2020 with a primary focus on implementations, business process reviews and project support. Eric comes to SAS with over 8 years of experience implementing SYSPRO ERP. Throughout this time he as worked with a wide array of manufacturing and distribution companies including; aerospace, plastics, food and beverage, medical device and many others. Erics primary focus is evaluating and improving business processes within an organization from distribution and manufacturing to accounting and finance.

After graduating from the University of Nevada in 2013, with degrees in Finance and Economics, Eric moved to Southern California to pursue a job opportunity with SYSPRO USA. During that time, Eric completed his MBA while working full time as a SYSPRO Consultant and graduated in Fall of 2017. Splitting time between Reno and Newport Beach, Eric enjoys traveling with his fiancé Skylar and their two dogs Carter and Tyson. Other than traveling, Eric is avid sports fan and lifelong Packers fan. Go Pack!

Brad joined Systems Advisory Services in 1996 and serves as both a lead technical consultant and as a senior financial systems consultant. Brad’s technical services include server setup and SYSPRO software installation, creation of scripts and other tools to tailor the software to customer needs and integration to other systems. He has developed integrations to hand held bar code readers, to point of sale devices and to client web sites and other proprietary systems.

Brad has a bachelor of science degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from San Francisco State University.

Well, I started this crazy journey into consulting because of my years of implementing solutions for the manufacturing companies I worked for through the mid 80’s and early 90’s. I love finding the right solution for the challenges at hand. I have been with the Syspro product exclusively since 1996, implementing, installing, supporting, and project managing.

I have experience in Make to Order, Make to Stock, Distribution & Supply Chain, Engineer to Order and Process Manufacturing. The industries I have worked in vary; Semi-Conductor, Food and Beverage (lots of chocolate), Farm Equipment, Ingredients Manufacturing, Medical and Pharma.

Syspro implementation, support, and training specialist with nearly 15 years of experience as an end user and consultant. Certified SQL Administrator and Crystal Reports Engineer with background in Accounting. Industries include Food Manufacturing, Food Distribution, Farming Equipment, Medical Equipment, Metal Processing, Flooring / Carpet Manufacturing and Marketing corporations. Enjoy the “Heavy Lifting” associated with small and large projects.

Dave has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing and consulting industries, which includes on the job experience in all aspects of Supply Chain Management, both in the United States and abroad. He has held board level seats for several trade organizations, including the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization and has authored articles for industry magazines and trade publications.

Dave has been involved with numerous manufacturing and ERP software implementations. He has in-depth knowledge of SYSPRO manufacturing software modules and has assisted companies in many different industries with their implementation projects.

Dave received his degree in Business Economics from the University of South Africa. Additionally, Dave is a Certified Production and Inventory Management professional as designated by APICS.
