AnyDesk allows us to see your screen and control your mouse and keyboard (with your permission), just as if we were sitting right there with you. It’s completely safe, and you are in control the entire time.
Follow These Simple Steps To Get Connected:
Download AnyDesk:
Click the button below to download the AnyDesk software for Windows. It’s a small file and will download very quickly.
The file is called `AnyDesk.exe` and usually appears in your browser’s download bar or your computer’s “Downloads” folder.
Run the Downloaded File:
Once the download is complete, find the file named AnyDesk.exe that you just downloaded and double-click it to open it.
You might see a security warning asking if you want to run the file. If so, click “Run” or “Yes” to allow it.
AnyDesk does not require installation for this type of support session. It will simply open a window.
Find Your AnyDesk ID:
When the AnyDesk window opens, look for a number labeled “Your Address” or “AnyDesk-ID”. This is a unique 9-digit number for your computer for this session.
Provide the ID to Your Technician:
Read this 9-digit number to the technician you are speaking with on the phone. This number allows them to securely connect to your computer.
Security and Privacy

The technician can only connect after you run the AnyDesk program and provide them with the ID.
You can see everything the technician does on your screen.
You can end the remote session at any time by simply closing the AnyDesk window.
